The ERP 300 is a (Shoulder-trap) Polyvalent portable transceiver .

It is intended to be used in an intermediate station between handportable transceivers(low RF power, low battery time range) and fixed ground stations.

The ERP 300 includes the transceivers from the VHF 300 familly such as :

  • VHF AM - 760 canaux, (ERP 300 D/760)
  • VHF AM - 1040 canaux (ERP 300 DM)
  • VHF AM - mono canal (ERP 300 E)
  • VHF AM - 10 canaux (ERP 300 F)
  • VHF FM –138 to 164 MHZ (ERP 300 G)
  • VHF FM –30 to 88 MHZ (ERP 300 H)

The ERP 300 can be available in portable version (leather bag and belt) or for desk top (without leather bag).

The ERP 300 includes :

  • VHF 300 transceiver (see above) 7 to 15 W RMS RF output.
  • Internal battery (8 to 35 hours operation depending on the traffic)
  • Internal electronic charger (also 110/220 V main supply).
  • Internal loudspeaker
  • Battery charge indicator
  • Connector for microphone and headset.
  • Loudspeaker output

Special versions are also available on request :

  • remote controling function
  • homing beacon system
  • Automatic radioreapeter (inclede instantaneous digital recorder

Main use :

  • ground to air communications.
  • Emergency co-ordinations
  • Fire and rescue
  • Air traffic control for meeting or special operations.
  • Helicopter works (lifts, rescue...)
  • Off-shore platforms
  • Provisional installation on airport vehicles
  • Balloons (air and ground use).
  • Paratroopers operations.
  • Ship to air communications
