The smallest and cheapest mode A/C transponder in the market fulfilling 2-TSO, ED 12 B et ED 14 C standards.

  • Standard 2 ¼ " instrument hole (57 mm diameter)

  • Weight : 620 g

  • Depth : 165 mm

  • Buit-in altitude encoder (alticoder)

  • Low battery consumption

  • Built-in comprehensive auto-test

2 types :

  • "XPR 250 C 0" for connection to external alticoder

  • "XPR 250 C 1" with built-in alticoder

  Benefits

  • Very small size

  • Ease of installation : 4 screw and 3 connexions, the poxer, antenna and static pressure.

  • Built-in altitude encoder (alticoder) : in option, no additional bulky box. No extra wiring. Save installation costs and weight.

  • Minimal consumption : special internal system which saves energy.

  • Internal diagnostic test : monitors all the time the transmitter and receiver chains . Malfunctions are indicated by LED warning lighst.

  • RS 232 (422 in option) interface : for easy bench test in local operation or remotely via Internet.(for authorized repair stations only).

The XPR 250 C 0 model is delivered without internal altitude encoder (alticoder) = for external alticoder

The XPR 250 C 1 model is delivered with internal altitude encoder (alticoder)

Both models are supplied with JAA Form One (equivalent to Form 8130-3) airworthiness approval tag.

The antenna and its cable can be supplied on request.

The altitude encoder (alticoder) can be added to the XPR 250 C 0 in retrofit by factory or authorized repair station.
